The Nordic Walking is a training practice from Finland."Invented" by cross-country skiers as summer training, walking withsticks has in the meantime been developed as physical training activity for everybody.
Nordic walking: Group walks, adapted to the participants. Duration 1h00. Prix: CHF 10.- ou 80.- pour 10 séances. Minimum 5.
Power walking: Nordic Walking oriented on the preservation and development of the muscle mass and the strength. Work of the balance.
Individual or group classes. Duration 1h00 to 1h30. Price 25.- or 200.- for 10 lessons.
Fit walking: Nordic Walking with the objectives of improving cardiovascular capacities, endurance and mobility.
Individual or group classes. Duration 1h00 to 1h30. Price 25.- or 200.- 10 lessons.
Hikes: to discover a city or a region according to the wishes of the participants.
Duration: half to full day (2 to 8 hours). Minimum 4 participants.
Price: CHF 50.- per person + travel and F&B fees.
Weekends in specific régions can be organized on request.
